Why I Built FollowSure
I’m a software engineer with nearly 20 years of experience building large-scale systems for a local bank — including billing and transaction platforms where reliability matters.
But I’m also a landlord.
Managing my own properties exposed me to the real problems agents and landlords deal with every day: missed calls, constant interruptions, tenant screening, lease admin, payments, and follow-ups that never end.
Real estate looks simple from the outside. It isn’t. It’s dozens of small, interlinked processes — and when one breaks, you lose time or money.
